The ordering process was easy. My one hesitation was that the online order added $20 to my flower order, making my $75 arrangement a $95 total. I thought this was high. I almost canceled, opting to call the store directly, but I was short on time, so I paid the fees. I doubt the delivery fee would have been $20 if I had ordered through the store directly, but I don't know that for sure.
